Anyone who has a life limiting illness, or is caring for someone with a life-limiting illness in Maitland, NSW, Australia can use our free service.

We accept self-referrals as well as referrals from family, friends, carers, doctors, community nurses and other services.

Life Limiting Illnesses include such illnesses as:

• End-stage organ failure (lungs, heart, kidneys)
• Cancer
• Multiple Sclerosis
• Alzheimer's Disease/End stage Dementia
• Cerebral Palsy
• AIDS
• Leukemia
• Genetic disorders affecting children and adults
